Louis M. Sweet
President
Louis started his career in security in the 1980's and progressed to a law enforcement position with the New York City Department of Correction. In 1996, Louis began a career with the United States Department of Justice Immigration and Naturalization Service until 2003 when this agency was dissolved and became the United States Department of Homeland Security where Louis was a founding member and held the positions of Immigration Enforcement Agent, Supervisory Immigration Enforcement Agent and Deportation Officer. Louis also served as the Senior Firearms Instructor for the New York Field Office from 2003 until he retired in July 2014. During his career, Louis also worked as a Federal Air Marshal for a short period augmenting the Federal Air Marshal Service program as needed. Louis also volunteers with numerous organizations and conducted over 100 investigations for some of these organizations pro bono publico. Louis has personal experience in the following areas:
- Experience with law enforcement, fugitive investigations, general investigations, & security management.
- Louis has been employed in a supervisory position both with the United States Department of Homeland Security as a supervisory agent, as a program manager, and in the private sector as a senior executive management with a major security firm.
- Over twenty-six years of law enforcement front line experience & knowledge.
